The preliminary design and the Final Concept Plan (November 2007) Report have been completed. This Final Concept Plan includes the final decisions about what streetscape improvements (sidewalk, lighting, roadway, materials, street furniture and finishes) will be included in the MLK Jr. Avenue, SE, Final Design.
